We study how people decide.

Pulp is a research company in Brooklyn, New York. Language, persuasion, and attention first; the tools come from what we learn.

Why we exist

Communication holds us together.

People who understand each other, patiently, make the future feel more open. So we study attention and argument first, then build tools that take load off people’s minds instead of adding to it.

Years of research. Incorporated in 2026.

What we do.

Research

Attention research and digital civics: how conversation moves people.

The Laboratory

Where research becomes things people use, starting with Pulp101.

Services

Conversation modeling, sentiment analysis, and custom AI and ML.

The Pulp Foundation

Our nonprofit, and home of the Pulp AI Apprenticeship.
